Shipping is another area we work hard to keep clear and predictable. Most orders arrive within three to seven business days after being placed. At this time, shipping is limited to the continental United States. Orders cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international locations just yet, though future expansion is always something we’re exploring. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $29. Orders below that amount incur a flat shipping fee of $15. Taxes are not included in the order total for shipping calculations. Subscription orders follow similar guidelines, with free shipping available on recurring shipments over the qualifying amount, provided shipment dates align.
Payment is processed when your order is placed. We accept major credit cards and PayPal, but do not accept checks or alternative payment methods. If a payment doesn’t go through, it may be due to expired cards, incorrect information, or card limits.
